Hi, I’m Emma!
While my humans think they run the show here at Chokyo, I’m the real founder behind the vision. It all started in 2021 when I noticed a major problem: standard pet stores were, well... a bit boring. I wanted interactive toys that challenged my brain, premium treats with unmatched flavours, and stylish cat trees that didn’t ruin our living room.
Because I don't have thumbs to operate a keyboard, I recruited my favourite human Gigi to help me curate the finest pet supplies from across Asia and bring them straight to Australia.
Every single box, bag, and litter formula that arrives at our warehouse has to pass my rigorous quality-assurance protocol (which mostly involves a lot of sniffing, tasting, and tail-wagging). If it isn't premium enough for me, it doesn't make it to our store.
Today, we proudly run our operations right here out of Ravenswood in Sydney, ensuring fast dispatch, secure tracking, and a highly curated collection of items you won’t easily find anywhere else down under.
