TORA* HONEYPOT CAT Rattan pinewood Cat Tree – Designer Cat Furniture 95cm-141cm

I purchased the honey pot cat tree which cost close to $400. After more than a month it finally came, broken and missing hardware. I contacted the company and they informed me they'd sent the replacement part. It came a couple of weeks later, snaped in half, but it was the wrong part. I demanded this be fixed immediately, and was informed it would be. All communication from their end then stopped, and my texts have been ignored despite threatening to contact ACCC. I tried one last time to reach out, and told them if I was further ignored, I was going to seek a full refund. They did not reply, and I have contacted ACCC.
Save your sanity and your money and do not buy from this company. They also delete poor reviews because the several that I read when this whole situation began have mysteriously disappeared. Convenient.

Design is good but The width is quite narrow, leaving my cat with no space to jump, and the second layer of support is designed to grip the floor, causing my cat to slip several times.

Easy to assemble, study construction and quick to deliver

Nice cat tree and very sturdy.
The only reason I gave it three stars are the platforms are a bit close together and tricky for a bigger cat.

Also a piece came cracked and the shipping took a very long time.

However, seems to be decent quality

The cat tree is excellent quality. The online purchase was followed by 6 months of waiting for delivery, during which there was a frustrating exchange of emails. Thinking we fell for a scam, the cat tree finally showed up.
