Chokyo is the very very best, not only is their tofu litter an excellent product: absorbing, long lasting, non smelly, BUT the price is right !!

The people are extremely friendly; doing all they can to please the customer.

For example I accidentally ordered the incorrect litter, and within a few minutes on the phone, they reassured me they would come to my home and collect the incorrect one, whilst supplying me with the one I wanted.

Within a few days it was delivered at my doorstep.
Also very efficient, and readily took my credit card for payment when couldn't pay online.

Hesitate I will not to recommend this wonderful pet and human friendly company.
You can't go wrong; you must try !!

I ordered a Honey Pot Cat Tree and cushion for my existing Honey Pot cat tree that needed to be replaced. I was sent an image of the cat tree from Chokyo and asked to circle the cushion I required to make sure I received the correct cushion. I did as requested and sent back an image to clearly identify the cushion.
They immediately told me they had the cushion in stock and would send it with my cat tree. When I received my new cat tree the cushion was not included.
I contacted Chockyo and they said it wasn't in stock and I would have to wait three weeks.
I also had another item I was waiting on and when that arrived the following week the incorrect cushion was also sent to me.
I have followed up many times on email to send the item back as it is not what I ordered and they will not respond to my emails, I already have the item they sent on my cat tree and don't require it.
I have just wasted $46 on an item I don't need and can't use.
Will never buy from this company again.
